WC Auto Detailing — Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WC Auto Detailing, we take pride in delivering the best quality detailing, honesty and professionalism. This policy outlines our firm position regarding payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. We take great pride in maintaining transparent, fair policies for every customer. Please review the following terms before booking a service.

 

1. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required after any detailing work.

  • A deposit will secure your booking and ensure that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service. In some cases, a 24–48 hour payment window may be provided for returning clients.

Accepted payment methods: cash and bank transfer.

2. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once a detailing session has started.

  • Refunds will only be issued if  a WC Auto Detailing staff member cancels your appointment and you choose not to reschedule.

  • We cannot offer refunds for:

    • Pre-existing vehicle damage, defects, or poor prior repairs

    • Customer dissatisfaction arising from unrealistic expectations

    • Issues beyond our control (e.g., environmental factors, hidden damage, or pre-existing paint issues)

  • In rare cases, partial refunds or discounts may be offered at the sole discretion of management, and such decisions are final.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time at no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your payment, depending on circumstances.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to:

    • Inaccessible vehicle or work area

    • Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions

    • Incorrect or incomplete booking details

The appointment may be treated as a missed booking, and payment will not be refunded.

 

4. Weather & Operational Delays

  • As a mobile and on-site service, certain weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms, extreme heat) may prevent us from performing your service safely or to our usual standards.

  • If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to reschedule at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are not provided for rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen operational delays.

 

5. Service Satisfaction

  • Our goal is to ensure every customer leaves with a vehicle they’re proud of.

  • If you’re not fully satisfied with the results, please raise any concerns immediately so we can inspect and address them either on the spot or at a later date.

  • Once the vehicle has left our care, we cannot accept liability for new marks, damage, or deterioration occurring afterward.

 

7. Service Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us we strive for the highest standards on every job. We always aim to resolve matters quickly and fairly so please check your vehicle upon completion and if you are unhappy with a completed service let us know as soon as possible or within our 48 hour window so we can review any concerns and can resolve them. Depending on the situation, we may offer a complimentary tailored service to address and fix the issue at hand  either on-site or at a later agreed date. 
Once we have left the premises, we cannot accept responsibility for new marks, damage, or deterioration occurring after the service and if you require our contact details to get in touch they are listed below.

8. Policy Agreement

By booking a service with WC Auto Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
